The Neuropsychology System is a groundbreaking approach that harnesses cutting-edge neuroscience to change your behavior to rewire your mind for lasting transformation.

1. Quantum Thinking
Quantum thinking borrows from principles of quantum mechanics.
In quantum mechanics particles can exist in multiple states simultaneously. And the concept of superposition allows for probabilities rather than fixed certainties.
Applying these principles to human thought involves embracing ambiguity, acknowledging that seemingly opposing ideas can both hold value, and recognizing that outcomes are often not predetermined but shaped by various influencing factors.
It is essential that people not only recognize but escape from the simplistic, binary thinking about the world around them, and perhaps more importantly, themselves.
Quantum thinking allows for much greater creativity and subsequently effectiveness and success. Inow realize that I have, for whatever reason, always been a quantum thinker.
Even as a child I questioned the conventional views and considered different ways of perceiving and interpreting the events in my world.
This has been massively valuable to me.
When I found myself shamed, humiliated and robbed of my psychology license and a long and successful career it didn’t take me too long to ask myself:
“If this were to be the best thing that ever happened to me, what would I have to do?”
I followed that path and indeed what seemed like a total disaster has turned into one of my greatest successes.
Simplistic binary thinking is convenient but it is also disastrous.
2. Neuroscientific Change
Many people don’t understand the neuroscience of change and only view it from a simplistic, limited view of convenience.
Again convenience is appealing but it can be disastrous. Truth is rarely convenient and convenience is rarely the truth.The fact is that there is an incredibly complex mind-body that creates a literal infrastructure in the brain that underpins behavior and habits.
This process has to be known and incorporated into any change. You can’t fix a mechanical problem in a car by just talking to the driver, you have to fix the underlying problem.
Neuroscientific change is incredible and involves certain brain cells interpreting incoming sensory information, predicting what will happen next and preparing for that outcome, thus making it a reality.
The key to change is altering the neuronal predictions so that unwanted behavior is not anticipated and thus initiated.
The amazing communication that continually is happening in the mind-body amongst trillion of cells, often wirelessly and sometimes even by quantum dynamics, is the key to every aspect of your life
3. Appropriate Action
Given the above, it is clear that behavior change can only happen by doing things differently.
Just thinking and talking about it might be a starting point but it is not what changes behavior.
Action is necessary.
Identifying what actions are needed to change the neuronal predictions and implementing them, is the key.
Techniques to ensure one stays mindful of what needs to be done, how and when, are crucial to ensure proper adaptation to new behaviors.
This requires planning, preparation, and monitoring. It also requires the right mindset – the Quantum Mindset.
The Quantum Mindset ensures that when you don’t follow a plan, you don’t see it as a “relapse” or even a “slip” but valuable information that will improve your actions and chances of success.
This has major implications because many people unreasonably beat themselves up, view themselves negatively and even give up, when there is no need.
4. Inner Drive
An essential part of any behavior change program is Inner Drive.
What’s your why?
It has to be YOUR why, not anyone else’s.
This is where Quantum Thinking comes into play.
You can view that fantastic cheeseburger as a delightful treat, but it is also something that increases your chance of premature death.
Your Inner Drive is more than “I just need to quit smoking”, or “lose some weight, it is about your entire your life: your future, your health, your longevity, your happiness.
That motivation needs to be brought to the forefront of your mind and direct your thoughts and behavior.
I have spent many years working on techniques that help people find their Inner Drive and use it to drive their efforts to change.
And in some cases, to heal miraculously when they have been given fatal prognoses and just a few weeks to live. (This is the basis of my radio show The Miracle Within You.)
Inner Drive is a type of motivation that’s about turning those important drivers into energy.
This energy fuels the incredible mind-body cellular communication into facilitating healing and success.
5. Empowering Support
Empowering support is a crucial element of behavior change. It is a combination of boh social connection and support.
There are inevitably times when doubt rears its ugly head, when there are tough days and situations.
That is why empowering support is so crucial because it serves several functions:
Accountability - You need to be accountable to others because it is too easy to abandon your plans when left to yourself. Humans can talk themselves in and out of anything, including continuing behaviors that they know will kill them.
Inspiration - Others who share similar issues, can provide inspiration through their own efforts and motivate you when you have temporarily lost contact with yours.
Techniques - Others can provide tools and tactics that worked for them, for you to use.
Emergency - Others can provide support and perspective when you are on the verge of doing something hurtful or damaging.
Social Connection - The connection with others can provide a lot of meaning to you, because you have the chance to support others as well as receive help.
Social connections in different forms are part of my process to help those pursuing behavior change.
